1 - 4 Business-Day Shipping Policy Usually

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day.

• Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Delays: While we strive for fast dispatch, unexpected delays may occur due to high demand or courier issues. Our maximum shipping time is of 14 business days, this is usually due to demand, stock availability and other factors we can't control.
