We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. This may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that we may require the item to be returned before issuing a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

- Incorrect size or preference
- Sale items or gift cards
- Perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items
Unauthorized Returns
